The new strategic cooperation will strengthen access to advanced vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate, and emulsified and fermented food ingredients for manufacturers in the markets covered by the agreement.
ISTANBUL, TÜRKİYE — [12/08/2026] — Satrap Kimya Group today announced the signing of an official representation and cooperation agreement with Fuji Oil Co., Ltd., a Japan-based global food ingredients company and a member of the Fuji Oil Group.
Under the agreement, Satrap Kimya will serve as an official representative of Fuji Oil for the markets and product portfolio defined by the parties. The cooperation will initially focus on three major food ingredient categories:
Vegetable oils and fats, including specialized fat solutions developed for chocolate, confectionery, bakery, frying and other food-processing applications;
Industrial chocolate, combining taste, processing functionality and application-specific performance for products such as confectionery, bakery items, coatings, fillings, desserts and ice cream;
and emulsified and fermented ingredients, including application-oriented solutions for bakery, confectionery, desserts and other manufactured food products.
Established in Osaka in 1950, Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures and markets industrial food ingredients. Its principal business fields include vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate, emulsified and fermented ingredients, and soy-based ingredients. The company applies its expertise in oils, fats, emulsification and fermentation technologies to develop ingredients that address taste, texture, stability, processing efficiency and product functionality.
Combining Global Food Technology with Regional Market Expertise
The agreement brings together Fuji Oil’s food ingredient technologies and international experience with Satrap Kimya’s regional market knowledge, supply capabilities and established relationships with food manufacturers.
